Obiettivi formativi:
- Diffondere la consapevolezza sul CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) e la sua funzione all’interno delle organizzazioni. Il ciclo di seminari inoltre servirà per far emergere la necessità di un nuovo approccio basato sulle relazioni per individuare soluzioni di business innovative.
