Descrizione progetto:
  • Il progetto si propone di introdurre, dal punto di vista teorico e implementativo, il problema della qualità di trasmissione e delsuo miglioramento nelle comunicazioni digitali. Il focus sarà, in particolare, sulle tecniche di codifica di canale, ovvero l’insieme delle procedure, realizzate per lo più via software, che consentono di rivelare e correggere errori di trasmissione. Lo studente verrà introdotto all’utilizzo e l’analisi delle prestazioni di alcuni codici classici, ma anche di codici “stato dell’arte” attualmente inseriti nei più importanti standard di TLC.
