Obiettivi formativi:
  • Al termine dell’attività didattica gli studenti conosceranno le principali nozioni relative al problema della contaminazione nell’ambiente marino, con particolare attenzione alla problematica emergenti sulla presenza ed effetti della plastica e delle microplastiche; gli studenti saranno in grado di applicare semplici protocolli scientifici  per l’identificazione e il monitoraggio della plastica nell’ambiente naturale (spiagge e ambienti costieri) e per l’identificazione e la caratterizzazione delle microplastiche attraverso l’analisi al microscopio e allo spettroscopio infrarosso (FTIR).

Obiettivi formativi:
  • I seminari formativi si svilupperanno attraverso una introduzione sul problema dell’inquinamento in ambiente marino, con particolare approfondimento su tematiche di interesse emergente come quella della plastica e delle microplastiche. Verranno raccontati i principali progressi scientifici nello studio del monitoraggio ambientale e degli effetti tossici causati da queste sostanze; verranno inoltre presentate le tecnologie introdotte negli ultimi anni per il recupero di questi materiali dal mare e dalle spiagge e per il loro riciclo.

Obiettivi formativi:
  • Il progetto prevede la presentazione di ingredienti sostenibili e il loro effetto sulla fisiologia su specie ittiche allevate. Particolare attenzione sarà volta agli insetti come nuovo ingrediente prodotto secondo i principi di economia circolare. Saranno poi introdotti gli organismi modello come zebrafish.

Obiettivi formativi:
  • Il progetto si articolerà in incontri caratterizzati da spiegazioni della docente tutor UNIVPM e lavori di ricerca da parte di ragazzi di esempi virtuosi di applicazione dei principi della Circular Economy. L’attività si concluderà con delle “sfide di sostenibilità”con piccole competizioni tra ragazzi che dovranno dimostrare di saper fare scelte consapevoli.

  • L’attività permetterà di approfondire tematiche relative al ruolo dello stress ossidativo e degli antiossidanti di origine alimentare e la loro rilevanza fisio-patologica. Descrizione del progetto:
  • Raccolta di campioni in aree marine costiere (eventualmente anche ncon la barca del laboratorio). Osservazione deicampioni al microscopio e identificazione delle microalghe. Allestimento di colture microalgali. Preparazione di campioni per il microscopio elettronico a scansione (SEM). Osservazione dei campioni al SEM per analisi ultrastrutturale.

Obiettivi formativi:
  • Il progetto si svolgerà in presenza o eventualmente in modalità telematica (da concordare) e includerà basi teoriche e attività pratiche utili ad affrontare tematiche relative alla tassonomia in particolare di Poriferi e Cnidari.
