Obiettivi formativi:
  • Il progetto si inserisce negli studi condotti presso l'area di microbiologia del D3A per la caratterizzazione microbiologica di alimenti fermentati. In particolare verranno studiati i microrganismi pro-tecnologici (es. batteri lattici e lieviti) responsabili della trasformazione delle carni in salumi.

Obiettivi formativi:
  • Durante il periodo di svolgimento del progetto di alternanza scuola-lavoro lo studente potrà lavorare all'interno del gruppo di ricerca di Genetica agraria nello sviluppo e nella caratterizzazione di popolazioni vegetali (in particolare di cereali e leguminose), al fine di utilizzarle per lo studio e per il mappaggio di caratteri e geni di interesse dal punto di vista agronomicocon un particolare riferimento alle problematiche legate ai cambiamenti climatici, alla gestione delle risorse naturali eall'adattamento. Lo studente porterà avanti attività sia in campo che in serra per la valutazione dei materiali, attività inlaboratorio per la misurazione di caratteri e per determinazioni varie sui campioni e attività di laboratorio per l'estrazione del DNA vegetale.

Obiettivi formativi:
  • L’attività di tirocinio permetterà di misurare gli effetti molecolari, biochimici e cellulari dei contaminanti emergenti negli organismi bioindicatori marini. Si approfondiranno le tematiche di inquinamento ambientale, utilizzo degli organismi bioindicatori, fondamenti di biologia cellulare. Lo studente eseguirà tecniche di preparazione del tessuto biologico attraverso omogenizzazione, centrifugazione e allestimenti istologici.  Le analisi in cui verrà coinvolto lo studente saranno di microscopia, spettrofotometria e gas cromatografia.
