The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Healthy Ageing has a duration of three years and is designed to train professionals with multidisciplinary skills in promoting health and well-being for individuals of all ages. Graduates will be equipped to enhance quality of life through preventive, educational, and therapeutic interventions.
The educational pathway covers all aspects related to health, physical activity, and quality of life. It begins with the study of biological foundations, progresses to developing technical and practical skills, and addresses psychological, pedagogical, and sociological topics. Legal and economic aspects are also explored, with a particular focus on the medical context.
Moreover, the program provides the opportunity to pursue further studies in Master’s Degree programs in the fields of motor and sports sciences.

The program prepares graduates to work in both public and private settings, aiming to maintain physical efficiency throughout life, with a particular focus on vulnerable individuals and the development of motor skills during the developmental stages.

Particular attention is given to the needs of vulnerable individuals, such as the elderly or those in fragile conditions, with the goal of enhancing their quality of life.
