Un incontro dedicato alle nuove studentesse e ai nuovi studenti del corso di laurea magistrale in Food and Beverage Innovation and Management – FABIAM, per conoscere il corso, gli strumenti per la didattica, i servizi e le opportunità internazionali che accompagneranno il percorso universitario.
FABIAM è il corso di laurea magistrale in lingua inglese del Dipartimento di Scienze Agrarie, Alimentari e Ambientali – D3A. Il percorso approfondisce temi quali sicurezza e qualità alimentare, innovazione di prodotto e di processo, sostenibilità, tracciabilità e gestione del rischio nel settore food & beverage.

A partire dal nuovo anno accademico, FABIAM adotterà le modalità didattiche EDUNEXT, offrendo nuove opportunità di accesso e fruizione dei contenuti e un’esperienza formativa più flessibile, interattiva e adatta alle diverse esigenze delle studentesse e degli studenti.
La formazione integra lezioni e attività applicative attraverso laboratori, seminari, visite aziendali, viaggi di studio e tirocinio, con un’impostazione orientata sia alla preparazione scientifica sia allo sviluppo di competenze gestionali.

Food and Beverage Innovation and Management
An introductory event for new students of the Master’s Degree Programme in Food and Beverage Innovation and Management – FABIAM, providing an overview of the programme, its learning tools, student services, and international opportunities
available throughout their academic journey.
FABIAM is the English-taught Master’s Degree Programme offered by the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences – D3A. The programme provides advanced knowledge and skills in key areas including food safety
and quality, product and process innovation, sustainability, traceability, and risk management across the food and beverage sector.
More flexible learning through the opportunities offered by the EDUNEXT model
Starting from the new academic year, FABIAM will adopt the EDUNEXT teaching model, providing new opportunities to access and engage with course content while offering a more flexible and interactive learning experience designed to accommodate students’ different learning needs.
The programme combines lectures with hands-on learning activities, including laboratory sessions, seminars, company visits, study trips, and internships, providing an integrated educational approach aimed at developing both a strong scientific background and effective
management skills.
