Researchers@School è il programma di Sharper dedicato alle scuole, con attività specifiche proposte nelle singole città che si svolgono durante l’intero anno scolastico 2022/2023. Tra le attività che Sharper Scuole propone ci sono progetti locali per le scuole di Ancona e dintorni organizzati da Univpm e tre progetti nazionali: Sumo Science, Ricerca Improbabile e Research Show. Obiettivi formativi:
  • I sensi del gusto e dell’olfatto consentono la percezione degli stimoli chimici; tale funzione risulta fondamentale per molte specie animali nella regolazione non solo del comportamento dei singoli in relazione all’ambiente, ma anche del comportamento sociale. Lo scopo è quello di andare ad elaborare una dieta, intesa come «modo di vivere» il più possibile personalizzata, che garantisca oltre al quantum calorico anche l'appagamento del soggetto: mangiare sano non significa rinunciare alla buona tavola o accontentarsi di cibi poco gratificanti. Negli ultimi anni la tendenza è infatti quella di una formulazione che tenga conto dell’individualità dei soggetti, diversi per età, sesso e razza.

  • Introdurre i concetti e le pratiche di marketing con specifico riferimento al contesto digitale;

Obiettivi formativi:
  • Il presente progetto si prefigge di studiare li lieviti coinvolti nei processi di trasformazione degli alimenti in genere e nelle bevande fermentate in particolare. A tale scopo i lieviti verranno studiati utilizzando sia metodi di microbiologia classica sia quelli molecolari. Agli studenti verrà fornito strumenti e metodi logici per una più approfondita conoscenza dei processi di trasformazione microbici.
