This internationally oriented program integrates managerial knowledge and competencies with those from other fields, such as law, sociology, engineering, agriculture, and biology, to offer a unique learning experience and the opportunity to approach and manage the different sustainability issues with appropriate methods and tools to create value for business and society. In this way, the whole sustainability journey is addressed from strategic planning to execution.
Below are indicated the courses taught in English related to the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of sustainability.

Due to market dynamics and international regulations (e.g., the UN Agenda 2030, the EU Green Deal, the CSRD, the CSDDD, the policies on climate change, etc.), new experts with multidisciplinary expertise are needed to drive organizations’ transformation toward sustainability.
Four main professional profiles will be developed:
The program’s strong interdisciplinary approach allows students to develop valuable competencies and skills that are particularly appreciated by private and public organizations.
In addition, the program integrates a solid theoretical background with the capacity to apply specific methods and tools in practice and with the improvement of soft skills. This allows graduates “to know”, “know-how” and “know how to be” to be able to face the different business and market challenges.
Finally, during the program, seminars, case studies, business games, and project works will be developed, which will allow participants to develop new skills and competencies and connect with relevant organizations.
