The “Business Administration and Control” curriculum aims to train graduates capable of taking on roles as middle managers, junior managers, or consultants within the areas of administration, management control, finance, and human resources. It also aims to prepare graduates who, after completing the required internship and passing the state examination, as regulated by the relevant legislation, intend to pursue the professions of accounting expert, statutory auditor, or labour consultant.
The “Marketing and Digital Business” curriculum, on the other hand, aims to train graduates capable of taking on roles as middle managers, junior managers, or consultants specifically within the fields of sales and marketing.
Finally, the “Management, Administration and Control of Third Sector Organizations” curriculum aims to train graduates capable of taking on roles as middle managers, junior managers, or consultants specifically within the management, administration, and control of third sector organizations.
The course aims to provide multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary training that enables students to address and manage the increasingly complex dynamics of organizations and businesses. In particular, the programme includes a balanced mix of courses in the fields of economics, business administration, law, mathematics and statistics, and historical-sociological studies.
Middle/junior manager or consultant in the different business functions, in companies and organisations, of every nature, size, economic sector and national context. Following the internship and the state exam, as regulated by extant regulations, expert accountant, statutory auditor or labour consultant.
The curriculum-based structure facilitates a highly professionalizing educational offering. The presence of courses aimed at developing specific professional skills allows graduates to enter the job market immediately.
The attention given to digitalization processes, which affect the various business functions, enables graduates to acquire up-to-date skills aligned with the demands of the labour market.
Finally, the limited number of students facilitates a closer relationship between students and faculty members, improving both the quality of the educational experience and the services offered.
