Features and aims of the course

The course provides the cultural and scientific basis for practicing the profession in the construction sector and allows the theoretical and practical preparation necessary to train the professional figure of the design engineer. The main peculiarity of this training course is the innovative association of the technical-scientific knowledge of the engineer with the historical, humanistic and aesthetic culture of the architect, thus allowing the training of a cultured, versatile and skilled designer in the synthesis of skills. The Course has European validity and is the only Engineering course that gives access to both the State Exam for the profession of Engineer and that of Architect, immediately allowing you to operate in all countries of the Union.

The A.A. degree course 2024-25 is renewed. In the last two years of the course it will be possible to choose between three training areas:

  1. DESIGN IN THE NAVAL ENVIRONMENT;
  2. DESIGN AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE BUILT HERITAGE;
  3. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION.

In addition to the traditional subjects necessary to learn to design and build, the course therefore specializes by integrating disciplines ranging from the valorization of built heritage to architectural and engineering projects and also introducing design in a naval environment, a specificity linked to the city of Ancona. More information is available in the course flyer.
